SMEs surf in change flow

Absztrakt

Change management has become a more important part of company management.
It is not only a slogan. The SMEs have more change projects at the same time. The classic change management models always contain some cyclical processes, but nowadays, there is no time to finish a project because another one has started. The basic characteristic of change management has changed. The SMEs are faced with a so-called Change Flow, which requires different management technics and project management methods. This paper shows the new characteristics of the changes through the cases of three Hungarian SMEs.
